Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

Location: Preston, Lancashire Salary: starting from 45,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The organisation specialises in providing the best therapeutic residential care for young people (Aged 8-17yrs) with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). WHAT WE NEED:

Essential criteria:

2 years' management or leadership experience in a children's residential setting (Applications from experience Deputy Managers looking for career progression will be most welcomed as well). NVQ / ILM / QCF Level 4 or 5 in Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards this (Or you will be happy to be enrolled on this if not attained already) Inspiring management style who places the needs of the children at the heart of all your management decisions.

Desired criteria:

Level 5 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent Previous Ofsted rating of either Good or Outstanding Driving Licence
