The Role
Our Litigation department focuses on providing a high standard of care to our clients, ensuring the case is managed throughout the litigation process to settlement.
The role will involve managing a team of case handlers who are handling OIC claims which have been litigated.
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and talented individual to take on the role of Team Manager in our Litigation department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for exposure to a management position within our firm.
Responsibilities
Motivating a team of case handlers daily, instilling the Admiral Law Culture in your team
Giving technical guidance on claims within your team, including being able to provide technical support on litigated matters
Performance managing individuals, coaching, and developing them to be able to excel in their roles.
You will be responsible for ensuring that we are providing excellent service to our clients, whilst maintaining a clear audit trail of your work and feedback given
Listening to calls with your team on a one-on-one basis and in a group monthly
Ensuring the team's work is in line with our company SLAs and KPIs
You will be expected to speak to our clients and at times, deal with and resolve complaints made by them
Running workshops and training sessions for your team to ensure that they continue to develop technically
Always ensuring that we act within our regulatory framework, with the best interests of our clients at heart
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, who has knowledge of the litigation process, particularly with OIC claims, has a desire to get the best out of the people they manage.
It goes without saying that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, not to mention an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
Previous experience handling litigated claims is essential to this role.
