Job Introduction HMP Lowdham Grange are currently recruiting for an OMU Case Administrator to assist with the administration on a daily basis, within a busy office and support Prison Offender Managers in their role. Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant lie in accordance with the prison service audit criteria for the delivery of the OMiC model. For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo Careers Main Responsibilities Process the files of incoming prisoners, updating all databases with file informationCheck all warrants to ensure relevant essential paperwork is included to enable the sentence calculation of prisoners.Send out contributions for reviews to prisoners and notify the Prison Offender Manager when received.Be flexible when Policy and Framework changes need to be applied, working with Line Managers to enable them to put processes in place.Take minutes in professional and confidential meetingsPrepare and co-ordinate prisoner releasesGeneral office administration e.g. Filing, PostAttend mandatory training, and refreshers when necessary.Occasional support of other areas of the prison Please see attached job description for further information regarding the role requirements The Ideal Candidate Ability to carry out data collation as set out by Line Managers Strong customer services skills Customer service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressureA high level of understanding of Microsoft Office SoftwareExcellent interpersonal and communication skills A good eye for detail to ensure accuracy Ability to work to strict deadlines and work in a target focused environment Able to work on own initiative or work as part of a team About The Company At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better everyday for everyone to build a better life for all.
