On Call staff required to help manage our out of hours service (Evenings and Weekends)

Key Requirements

Have previous experience in a similar capacity.

Have 2 suitable references

Be caring and friendly and able to work under pressure

Be eligible to work in the UK

Have a good standard of verbal and written English

Key Responsibilities

To take calls from service users and staff and resolve issues as they arise.

To cover calls during out of hours when a care worker calls in sick or is unable to work.

To update the IT system with any changes to rotas, any sick leave or any hospital admissions and inform care workers and NOK accordingly.

Log all out of hours calls from service users and staff in the on-call report which is handed over to office staff after on-call shift.

Give direction to care workers when issues arise in line with Ann's Home Care Policy and Procedure.

Pay: Up to 19.00 per hour
