Job Description


Manpower are now seeking an On site Administrator to support one our prestigious clients based in St Athan, you will support with a variation of recruitment and admin tasks to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining a reputable relationship with the client whilst learning and developing within Manpower.

  • Knowledge of human resources and employment law (beneficial not essential)
  • Be flexible to travel and over night stays may be expected when holding interviews for other sites.
  • Own transport is required for this role
Tasks:
  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting with the hiring process
  • Setting up recruitment and training events/ assessments
  • Answering employee inquiries
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records
  • Support the administration and co-ordination of the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process
  • Manage the job postings process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to date
  • Coordinate all elements of the candidate interview process including sending interview invites, booking rooms, organising teams calls, candidate confirmations, update of BH system and interview schedule tracker
  • Maintain all recruitment
  • Act as liaison with the HR Team, supporting of the candidate on-boarding process and highlighting any issues
Knowledge
  • CM systems
  • Candidate management systems
  • Familiar with Recruitment Processes
  • On boarding of candidates
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular)
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Systems and process orientated
Hours:

Monday to Friday

8.30am - 5.30pm
9.00am- 5.30pm
