Nexus People are currently recruiting for an On-site Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team working on our client site in Accrington (BB5 4EE).

This is an exciting new opportunity to join our internal recruitment team on a new client site.

On-site Recruitment Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 The Role & Responsibilities
You will be based at our client\xe2\x80\x99s Distribution Centre in Accrington and the role will include:

• Working in the recruitment office and across the Warehouse
• Managing the advertising process using the internal ticket system
• Telephone pre-screening
• Conducting candidate induction/assessments
• Data collation/reporting
• Meetings/briefings with different client teams (Operations, HR, Health & Safety etc)
• Other adhoc requirements as and when they arise

• Do you have experience working within the recruitment sector?
• Have you worked on-site in a warehouse environment before?
• Do you have previous admin experience?
