Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding guest experiences, including warm, attentive snack and beverage service onboard Proactively engage with visitors by offering information, scenic highlights, and view commentary Ensure all operational procedures are delivered to standard as per training on every tour Work across all guest areas including the onboard bar, front of house, reception, retail, and box office Constantly strive to exceed guest expectations and contribute to the overall atmosphere Assist managers with admin duties, safety reporting, and daily delivery of the attraction

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer-facing, hospitality, or visitor attraction roles Friendly, engaging communicator with a flexible and proactive attitude Comfortable working on a boat and in a variety of weather conditions Willing to take part in safety training and support emergency procedures DBS clearance required A passion for tourism, hospitality, and delivering memorable moments
