Coinford is a groundworks and concrete frame specialist that deliver contracts ranging from 1million to 50million throughout London and the Southeast of England. This role works out of our Head office, Redeham Hall.

Role Purpose/Objective:




This role works out of our Head Office and is an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join an evolving team. The role will provide strong administrative support and high attention to detail to the busy onboarding function following recruitment from the labour team involving CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) Operatives, agency staff and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the busy construction department with the onboarding and H & S compliance of CIS contractors Maintain meticulous candidate records in personnel files and on the HRIS from first contact to end of contract Liaising with the external intermediaries ensuring new joiners are fully compliant i.e. right to work Ensuring compliance from a health and safety perspective Support in the production of recruitment, training and workforce analytics Complete leaver administration and identify workforce trends Work closely with the Labour department to identify top talent for retention and redeployment at end of current contract Be data-driven and strategic, utilise HRIS & ATS to automate processes and monitor onboarding progress Effectively communicate with operatives and managers; The capacity to build reputable, long-lasting partnerships is crucial Adhering to strict weekly payroll deadlines ensuring all new starters are on the system with correct new starter information i.e. rate, trade, site etc Utilising reports to ensure compliance requirements are met Coordinate with construction management to address onboarding queries Perform any other relevant ad-hoc tasks related to the HR or Labour departments

Experience/skills required:

Essential experience with ATS, HR, and T&A systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Accurate, detail-oriented, and process-driven Skilled in high-volume data entry and analysis Highly organised with strong prioritisation and deadline management Excellent communication skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality Construction experience is a plus but not required Minimum GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics
