Summary



We are looking to expand our onboarding team with the addition of an Onboarding Co-Ordinator.

This role will play a key part in delivering day-to-day administrative support to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all site labour. The successful candidate will help ensure all workforce members are fully compliant, properly inducted, and site-ready in accordance with company policies and relevant legislative requirements.

Hours

: 07:30am - 16:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Contract

: Fixed - Term

Responsibilities



Coordinate the onboarding process for all site labour including subcontractors and temporary agency workers. Validate right - to - work documentation. Collect, verify and process all required onboarding documentation. Maintain accurate records of worker details, certifications and onboarding status. Track and update worker access to site systems and registers. Work closely with the Site Manager, Contracts Manager, and Health & Safety team to ensure all workforce members are fully compliant before mobilisation. Ensure GDPR-compliant handling of all personal data, including site manager and worker information.

Knowledge



Understanding of GDPR and data protection compliance. Proficient with MS office (Word, Excel). Previous experience in a similar administrative role within construction or groundworks is desirable. Proven ability to process data and coordinate administrative tasks effectively.

Skills



Strong ability to multi-task, manage competing departmental priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Highly methodical with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to liaise effectively with subcontractors, agency representatives, and internal teams. Comfortable working across multiple systems and digital platforms. Can process with high volumes of email and messaging traffic.

Pay: 18,720.00-23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 36 per week
