Acting as an advocate of the Bright Horizons Safer Recruitment Policy, as an Onboarding Officer you will own the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires for nurseries within your allocated division, as well as providing compliance training, advice, and support, to ensure the company complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies at all times.

Working alongside the Talent Acquisition team to identify all requirements and compliance needs for any candidates offered employment within one of our nurseries.
Responsibility for all onboarding checks for new starters - DBS Checks, right to work checks, obtaining suitable references, and checking of qualifications as per Bright Horizons Safer Recruitment Policy.
