As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters in our Engineering and Product departments at Civica. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams, you will lead projects to improve, standardise, and scale our onboarding processes. You will be responsible for designing and coordinating onboarding programmes that support new employees to settle in, connect with our culture, and succeed in their roles.

What you will do to be successful in this role as Recruitment Coordinator



Responsibilities:



Lead projects to enhance Civica's onboarding experience for new joiners in our Engineering and Product departments, ensuring processes are consistent, scalable, and aligned to business needs Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams to deliver onboarding activities across regions and functions, taking ownership of the administration and logistics required to onboard whole teams seamlessly. Design and deliver engaging onboarding programmes, including onboarding days, induction sessions, and supporting materials Develop onboarding toolkits, templates, and resources to enable hiring managers and new employees Track onboarding processes and gather feedback to continuously improve the new joiner experience Monitor onboarding data, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Ensure alignment between onboarding, pre-hire, and post-hire processes to deliver a seamless new joiner experience

Requirements:



Demonstrated experience developing and managing onboarding programmes or similar people-focused initiatives Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver improvements that enhance employee experience Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple moving parts across regions and functions High attention to detail with a commitment to process accuracy and consistency Ability to analyse feedback and data to continuously refine onboarding activities Collaborative mindset, working across teams to deliver engaging, effective onboarding experiences Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
