This role is to lead admin teams across, Oncology Medical Records, Brent, Chemotherapy Day Case and Oncology Reception.
Providing in house training and support for the Admin team within these areas, to support when staffing is low and Managing performance.
This role is to review processes, and liaise with the Oncology Pathway co-ordinator
Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.

The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of the administration staff for Oncology Outpatients, Chemotherapy day case, Brent ward clerks and Oncology Medical Records.
This role would be ensuring daily preparation of clinics, supporting Ward clerks on Brent, maintaining reception cover for Oncology and Chemotherapy, booking appointments for outpatient clinics and daycase patients for Chemotherapy. To be a point of contact for the staff in Oncology Outpatients/Chemotherapy, Brent ward and Medical Records.
To work in collaboration with staff in other areas of the Trust to facilitate a streamlined service for the patient.
