Job Description

I'm looking for a GCSE Maths + Science tutor (who can teach both) who wants to lock arms with my fast growing business!

We help students improve their GCSE & A Level grades allowing them to change their destinies and choose any university and career pathway they put their mind to.

And I'm hiring because we are growing faster than I can currently handle and we have one science tutoring role we need to fill.

So I'm looking for someone who wants to be a part of this fast growing mission, business & culture.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:

- Someone who has weekday availability (5pm and after) along with weekend availability (8am-10pm)

- Someone who can give a minimum of 10 hours per week

- Previous experience teaching GCSE Maths & Science

- Previous 1:1 online experience teaching the above subjects (REQUIRED)

- A QTS along with experience teaching in a UK school

- A DBS/CRB check

- Great with connecting and getting on the same level as students

- Wanting to develop and grow their teaching game

- Growth oriented attitude

- Loves creating impact

- Well organised and efficient with their time

- Is coachable and takes direction well

- Is friendly and personable

WHAT THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

- Must be able to work from home

- This is a part time position (We will start you with less hours with scope to increase your hours based on performance)

- Set weekly hours (based on when students have their designated weekly hour slot)

- Potential to take a leadership role as you progress
