Salary: 200 per day
Location: Head Office based in Haverhill, Suffolk*
Unity Schools Partnership is a growing multi-academy trust, we have schools in the Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk areas.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated One-to-One Tutor to join our team at Unity Schools Partnership. In this role, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students on an individual basis.
What we're looking for:
Recent experience working in an educational setting and delivering learning to students
Ability to develop tailored programmes of study for young people who have faced barriers to education
Strong understanding of the challenges young people encounter and the ability to implement effective support strategies
Relevant professional development and training
Robust knowledge of safeguarding, Prevent, and equality and diversity
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build positive relationships with young people and demonstrate flexibility
A positive outlook and resilience in a challenging environment
