Role Overview:
You'll be responsible for listing and managing electric vehicle parts across our online platforms, ensuring each item is presented accurately and attractively. You'll work closely with our dismantling and warehouse teams to catalogue components, upload high-quality images, and create detailed product listings.
Your mechanical background will help you correctly identify parts and understand fitment details, ensuring our customers get exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive parts information from the dismantling team and inspect or review the parts for listing
Create clear, engaging titles and descriptions for EV parts (motors, inverters, body panels, high-voltage components, etc.)
Upload high-quality images and ensure correct categorisation, fitment, and pricing
Keep the online inventory accurate and up to date
Review competitor listings and pricing to maintain our competitive edge
Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to confirm stock status
Maintain best practices in online listings and data accuracy
Full training will be provided in our systems and EV-specific processes
Person Specification:
Prior
mechanical or automotive experience
is essential -- you do not need to know how to work on a vehicle, but you must be able to identify different parts and know their use
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using computers and managing listings online
Good written English for accurate, professional descriptions
Interested in EVs and sustainable automotive technologies
Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Physically capable of handling and inspecting parts where needed
