Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Trainee Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role helping serve our customers advising them on car parts to meet their needs. This position requires attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Serve customers on our busy trade counter and telesales. Parts look up using a variety of online parts cataloguing systems Perform dispatch and receiving tasks, verifying the accuracy of deliveries against documentation. Engage in picking and packing orders accurately. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide back up to of delivery driver team distributing car parts in the local area.
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service setting is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Good IT skills Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices in the workplace. An interest in cars is attractive but not essential Driving Licence
