We sell on various online marketplaces such as amazon, wayfair, ebay and process over 2000+ orders per day, experience required
- Dealing with customer queries the majority of which by email, answering atleast 100+ customer emails a day. Most of these emails are enquiries of were their orders
- We can not accept your application unless you have experience
- Wages 13.50- 15 pounds per hour and overtime available
- Contacting courier companies by telephone for order enquiries
- Daily printing despatch/shipping labels
- Processing customer returns
- Job Type: Full-time 7.30 am to 4.30 pm , option for extra hours available
Previous experience and skills:
Must have e-commerce experience*
Experience delivering excellent customer service, in an eCommerce environment
Must have Good IT skills. Excel word outlook
Warehouse experience need
