We are looking for a motivated

Online Cycling and Fitness Coach

to join our team and support our mission of helping mature women transform their health and performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide coaching support to clients with prompt and detailed responses, ensuring a positive experience. Design, adapt, and implement customized cycling, strength, and nutrition programs based on biomechanical assessments and performance testing. Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions via video calls. Demonstrate exercises through video tutorials and, when needed, live demonstrations. Monitor client progress, evaluate exercise videos, and provide actionable feedback. Build strong, professional, and trusting relationships with clients. Use client data to manage spreadsheets, program adjustments, and performance tracking. Assist with membership retention strategies and proactively address client concerns. Act as a role model, promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications and Experience:



Required:

Level 2 Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer certification. Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience.

Preferred (but not essential):

Experience in strength program design and movement assessments. Familiarity with cycling or endurance sports coaching. Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Experience with online coaching platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:



Base salary: 2,000 - 2,700 per month. 8% commission for client retention. Comprehensive training in our proven coaching systems and methods.
