Online Fulfilment Manager

Our Thatcham based .com team are now looking for a Manager who will lead the team to define best practices as well as cross functionality across .com to ensure that customer orders are processed and packed in a timely manner and in line with our SLA\xe2\x80\x99s.
About the Role
The Online Fulfilment Manager is responsible for fostering a proactive and inclusive approach to all fulfilment tasks including automation challenges and or required order investigations, working together with the online picking Manager to streamline and define the customer order experience.
This is a full time permanent position basing in one of our Thatcham location. Working hours rotate between lates and earlies over a 5 in 7 shift pattern.
The Online Fulfilment Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding leadership for the team, setting clear direction and providing regular feedback.
  • Promoting continuous learning and development of the team, utilising all available company resources.
  • Regularly reviewing procedures for improvements in efficiency and working practices, and to ensure that any recommendations are measured and implemented.
  • Running reports and confidently delivering business area analytics.
  • Identifying individual training requirements and ensure that Department, process, system and product knowledge are encouraged.
About You
You will have previous leadership experience preferably within a warehouse, distribution, logistics or ecommerce background. You will be a strong people manager with the ability to drive change within the team. You will also have the analytical ability to review reports and present data confidently. You will have flexibility to support the team across multiple functions with the team end goal in mind.
