LessonWise is a premier EdTech platform committed to linking top-notch tutors with students across the UK. Our goal is to deliver personalized, high-quality tutoring to help students excel academically. We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable A-Level Maths tutor to support students preparing for various exam boards including Edexcel, AQA, OCR, and WJEC.

Overview:

We are in search of a tutor with a robust background in tutoring

GCSE/ A-Level Maths

and familiarity with all major UK exam boards. The ideal candidate will have

at least two years

of tutoring experience and a deep commitment to helping students achieve their academic aspirations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions tailored to the curriculum of Edexcel, AQA, OCR, and WJEC for Maths. Enhance students' understanding of key mathematical concepts, problem-solving abilities, and exam strategies. Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress to ensure continuous academic improvement. Offer personalized assistance to meet the unique challenges and boost the confidence of each student.

Qualifications:

A strong performance in GCSE and A-Level Maths. At least 2 years of experience tutoring Maths, particularly at the A-Level. Knowledgeable about the requirements and specifics of the Edexcel, AQA, OCR, and WJEC exam boards. Excellent communication skills and a student-centric approach to teaching.

which is registered to the update service. If your DBS is older than 6 months, you must be on the update service A reliable internet connection and proficiency in using online educational tools. Flexible availability to conduct lessons online at times that accommodate students' schedules.
