T H WHITE is recruiting for an Online Parts Shop Assistant to join our Parts Team.

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week
Open to flexible working
###
Key Duties will Include:
Responding to customers' orders Dealing with customer enquiries Uploading new products Updating stock levels Working with the marketing team to run online promotions Manage all background functions of the webshop
###
The Ideal Applicant:
Strong customer service skills: Ability to respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Basic technical knowledge of parts/products relevant to the shop. Excellent organizational skills to manage orders, inventory, and follow-ups. Good written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers online. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems. Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, email, and databases. ###
