Role Summary



We're hiring an

Online Performance Marketing Specialist

with a strong grasp of

bidding-based media platforms

-- including Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and programmatic environments -- to join our high-performance campaign delivery team.

This role involves

end-to-end ownership of paid media campaigns

across multiple platforms and formats, with an emphasis on strategic testing, real-time optimization, and continuous performance improvement. You'll contribute across acquisition, retargeting, and full-funnel tactics using precision targeting, automation, and data-driven iteration.

You'll work closely with the Campaign Delivery Manager and other specialists to run impactful campaigns across

search, social, and programmatic

ecosystems. You'll also liaise regularly with the

product team

to share insights, recommend enhancements, and ensure our internal tools evolve with campaign needs.

This is a

hybrid position

based in London (Hammersmith), with 2-3 days of remote work per week.

Key Responsibilities



- Own the setup, launch, and optimization of

paid media campaigns

across Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and programmatic platforms (e.g. DV360, Ad360 Console)

- Execute

daily performance management

: bid adjustments, pacing, budget reallocation, audience testing

- Develop full-funnel media strategies with dynamic creative, audience segmentation, and retargeting

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful messaging and formats

- Implement and maintain

conversion tracking

, GTM tagging, and platform pixels

- Design and run A/B experiments across creatives, placements, bidding models, and audience types

- Manage, monitor and report performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, CPM) using our internal AI algorithms

- Stay informed on platform updates, bidding algorithms, and targeting capabilities

- Recommend new strategies based on insights, trends, and account-specific learning

- Collaborate with the product team to provide structured feedback from campaigns, suggest platform improvements, and support feature testing or rollout

What We're Looking For



-

2-4 years

experience in performance marketing, preferably across multiple paid media platforms

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns in at least

Google Ads and Meta Ads

, with exposure to others (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, DV360)

- Strong understanding of programmatic buying principles, bidding strategies, and dynamic targeting

- Experience setting up and optimizing campaigns for acquisition, remarketing, and retention

- Proficient in

Google Tag Manager

,

GA4

, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Sheets) for analysis

- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights from campaign data

- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills

- Comfortable working in a high-ownership, agile environment with performance accountability

Bonus Points For



- Hands-on experience with feed-based campaigns, dynamic product ads, or shopping formats

- Experience with programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)

- Familiarity with ad scripts or automation tools

- Experience with multi-language/multi-market media campaigns

- Knowledge of cross-channel attribution models and pixel/data-layer troubleshooting

- Experience participating in feedback loops between campaign delivery and product development
