Job Description

Do you collect vinyl records, have a passion for music and like to keep things organised, tidy & on track?

We're looking for someone with (preferably) an interest in all of the above who is looking for a position at a growing business, led by a small and passionate team.

As Warehouse Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of all departments in the company. You will be responsible for receiving and organising deliveries, managing our inventory and maintaining a safe and tidy working environment. You will also be involved in photographing products, as well as picking and packing orders.

This role would appeal to someone who loves being in and around music, enjoys being on their feet and keeping things running smoothly.

Your tasks will involve:

Receiving & sorting deliveries Managing our inventory Maintaining our warehouse Photographing records for our online listings Order picking & packing
Whilst prior knowledge about records and music isn't essential for this position, an interest or passion for it would be great!

Required Skills



Good knowledge of using a computer and data entry, including Excel. Being detail-oriented, curious, and excited to keep learning. Ability to work efficiently with a strong work ethic. Work harmoniously in a small, ambitious team. Full UK Driving Licence
