We are looking for a motivated

Online Sales & Listings Coordinator

to manage the online sale of refurbished IT and electronic equipment across marketplace platforms, primarily eBay. This role is key to maximising resale value, maintaining accurate listings, and delivering excellent customer service.

Working closely with our operations and refurbishment teams, you will ensure products are professionally presented, competitively priced, and efficiently sold.

Key aspects of the role:

Create, manage, and optimise online product listings (primarily eBay) Write accurate, friendly product titles and descriptions Photograph IT and electronic equipment for online listings Price items competitively based on market trends and condition Manage stock listings and ensure inventory accuracy Process orders, arrange dispatch, and liaise with couriers Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements Ensure compliance with data protection and IT recycling standards

What we're looking for:

Experience selling on eBay or other online marketplaces Strong written communication and attention to detail Basic understanding of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment) Confident using computers and online systems Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple listings A proactive approach and a team player mentality.
