Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics operations, ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and on time. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the flow of materials and products, liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to optimise our supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the logistics operations from order placement to delivery. Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit. Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipments, inventory levels, and supplier communications.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a logistics or sales role is required Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges effectively. Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices is advantageous. A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
