On Line Sales Advisor
Here at Tile Enterprise Ltd., we are looking for a friendly, positive and self motivated individual who enjoys helping and speaking to people.
You will be mentored by our experienced Sales Team in all aspects of the On-Line business
The successfull candidate will be product trained, plus trained in our on-line business.
The Main Responsibilities:
Inbound enquiries (on line and off line)
Processing of customer samples
Processing of customer orders
Work closely with team to develop your skills
Support on-line sales team
Act as an Ambassador for Tile Enterprise Ltd., at all times and in all communication with customers
Skills:
Experience in IT an advantage
Essential: Strong and friendly communication skills
Some experience in telesales/telemarketing/customer service would be an advantage
Highly motivated with positive and helpful attitude, plus energy and drive to succeed
This is a permanent position after the trial period of 3 months, 37 1/2 hrs per week Monday to Sunday working one day over the weekend and take one day off in the week. The rota will be discussed at interview stage.
11.50 per hour, however after the trial period your position and wage will be reviewed.
The role is an interesting and varied one and primarily involves engaging customers via email as well as inbound/outbound calls to our existing customer base.
Typical daily tasks include:
Making a high number of outbound calls
Answering general customer enquiries
Offering style and product advice
Data entry and order processing

Proven Sales & Administration experience
Proven communication skills at all levels

Ability to deal with complex customer enquiries and sales related issues
Basic computer and data entry skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs)

Full product knowledge training will be provided. Responsibilities:
Answering inbound customer inquiries
Managing own workload
Responding to customer emails and contact forms
Contacting existing customers to offer sales support
Escalating issues to Customer Services Manager
Up-selling additional products and accessories
Liaising with third party couriers to arrange delivery
Taking ownership of individual orders and resolving any issues that may arise
Taking payment over the phone
Processing returns
Advising customers on alternative products/stock levels/delivery times
Working with other departments including IT, Order Fulfilment, Dispatch, Marketing to constantly improve customer journey
