We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing our online presence and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, along with a background in administrative tasks.
Duties
Manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information such as eBay, gumtree and Facebook marketplac.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and support.
Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and enhance online visibility.
Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in managing online orders, processing returns, and coordinating shipping logistics.
Maintain organised documentation of administrative processes and reports.
Skills
Ability to use Canva/Photoshop to design graphics
Ability to efficiently list products on gumtree, done deal, facebook marketplace
Experience in using Mailchimp or similar platforms with the ability to create, manage and analyse email campaigns
Have the ability to manage orders and edit products across company website.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 18,200.00-25,000.00 per year

driving license with access to own vehicle (preferred)
