An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Online Sales Executive to join Darlings of Chelsea based in Ash Vale, Surrey.

To include but not limited to:

Deal with enquiries over the phone, on chat and on emails as appropriate and assist customers in any way possible - products, fabrics, prices, delivery times, catalogues, fabric sample packs for all online orders

Ensure a high level of understanding on products and services offered by Darlings of Chelsea

Provide a high level of customer service, promoting relevant product ranges

Complete orders and take payments

Raise invoices, PO and fabric POs and ensure raised in a timely fashion and approved with 100% accuracy

Liaise with admin and supply chain staff where needed on any updates

Provide updates and ETAs to your customers as appropriate throughout the customer journey

Managing Online Chat for the business

Raising any case with CS as and when applicable

Chase and balances and update any delivery details with logistics providers

Covering on the shop floor during busy periods

Helping with samples

Any other ad-hoc duties and holiday cover

Full time - 38 hours per week Mondays to Fridays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
