Job Title: Online School Administrator



Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term (12 months)



Hours: 37.5 hours per week



Location: Momenta Education (Remote Home based)



Salary: 25,000 per annum



About the Role




We are seeking an additional customer administrator to join our growing team at Acorn Digital Learning. The candidate will be responsible for managing student, family and customer administration and support and working with education colleagues to support, maintain and update our course content and resources.


The successful post holder will work with sales, administration and education colleagues enabling and delivering a cohesive response to customer service and school administration.

Key Responsibilities:



First Line Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients and students, resolving administration, support, timetabling and student registration issues. Liaise and work with central IT support teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise. System Administration: Generating student and customer access to our systems and processes enabling access to our classrooms in accordance with our customer SLA's Sales Support: Work with the sales team where required to provide customer reports and accurate data on student attendance, progress and contract performance Content management: Work with the education team to ensure our LMS is updated with new learning content and resources Month End: Provide and support the collation of data at month-end to enable accurate and timely invoicing of our clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to support shared administration and invoicing processes Provide Administration support as required

Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree is desirable or relevant experience in a similar role Experience: This is an entry level role, and the post holder must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer service issues. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Office 365, SharePoint, Teams) is expected and a willingness to work across our school administration and management systems Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Desirable Attributes:




Experience (desirable): Previous experience working in a secondary school or educational institution.
