About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Online Supervisor
to support the Online Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. You will play a key role in leading the team, ensuring Skoolkit standards are met, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
You will also be responsible for the department during periods when the Online Manager is unavailable.

Processing Assistants (up to 15 staff during the summer period) and, when required, Warehouse Operatives
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations within the Online and warehouse department
Lead, motivate, and support the team to meet performance and customer service standards
Act as departmental lead in the absence of management
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
Accurately process/picking and packing customer orders
Support recruitment, induction, and training of new starters
Ensure all team members complete required e-learning via Skillgate
Maintain health & safety standards, ensuring the department is tidy, safe, and compliant with manual handling procedures
Undertake key holder duties when required, including opening/closing the building and setting security alarms
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy
Carry out additional duties as required
Skills & Experience
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, online or stock-based environment (preferred)
Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident communicating with customers, colleagues, and senior management
Strong IT skills with the ability to drive efficiency and improve processes
Ability to work well under pressure and remain flexible
Enthusiastic team player with a diligent work ethic
Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods
