Responsibilities

:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on individual student needs
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
- Create a positive and supportive online learning environment
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success

Qualifications

:
- Experience working with children or students in a tutoring or educational setting
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of subject matter being tutored (e.g., math, science, English)
- Familiarity with online classroom management techniques
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred) or strong A-levels
