We are looking for an Onshore Mechanical Technician to join our growing team within our Mechanical Solutions division.

What you'll be doing:

There is so much to be involved with as an Onshore Mechanical Technician - spend your days working hands on in a role that keeps you engaged, challenged and continually learning, as part of a team that values innovation and where every voice is heard.





Day to day activities include:


Servicing, testing and repairing a variety of subsea cutting, dredging, and cleaning equipment Reconditioning of offshore equipment to restore performance and reliability after exposure to harsh subsea conditions Creatively modifying and adapting tools to deliver tailored solutions that perfectly meet customer needs Collaborating closely with engineers to help bring to life equipment that meets real operational needs Providing versatile workshop support - including yard operations, forklift duties, fabrication, welding, machining, and electrical tasks, keeping things running smoothly

What you'll bring:

Important attributes include:


HNC or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience Knowledge and understanding of subsea operations in IRM and decommissioning Practical experience with Mechanical tools, ideally in relation to subsea cutting, dredging, and cleaning operations with abrasive experience Willingness to work outside all year round




Additionally, B1 and B2 forklift tickets are beneficial as well as overhead crane experience.
