We are now seeking an Onsite IT Engineer to join our friendly and supportive team at a thriving secondary school.

As an Onsite Engineer, you will work closely with the school staff and our technical team to provide on-site technical support, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure the smooth running of ICT systems

You will be the face of our company based directly onsite at the school, therefore the role is perfect for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, and good customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-line IT support to staff and students, including logging and resolving support tickets. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, and interactive whiteboards. Help manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Support software installations, updates, and license tracking. Assist in routine maintenance and monitoring of network systems. Set up AV and IT equipment for lessons, events, and meetings. Escalate complex issues to the HQ team as needed.
