Role Overview:




We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused On-Site IT Support Technician to provide technical support to staff in our London office and remotely. You will be part of an IT team that supports each other and the business, working closely with colleagues in the UK and Brazil. This role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, assisting with hardware and software issues, and contributing to future improvements through AI and automation initiatives.



The environment can be fast-paced at times, with some time-sensitive requests, so adaptability and prioritisation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide first-line and second-line IT support to staff on-site and remotely. Assist with: +

Windows Operating System:

Windows 11 +

Applications:

Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications
+

Device Management:

Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Asset Management
+

Apple Devices:

MacBook, iPads, iPhones
Manage software licences and stock inventory. Image and configure laptops for deployment. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction sessions. Use ticketing systems to log and track support requests. Support initiatives to improve efficiency through AI and automation. Occasional travel to other sites as required.

Requirements



Previous IT support experience or relevant qualifications. Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, and Apple devices. Experience with Intune and Mobile Device Management solutions. Familiarity with imaging laptops and managing hardware inventory. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to preventing future issues. Ability to deliver clear onboarding inductions and communicate effectively with staff. A "can-do" attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping people. Understanding of AI concepts and automation tools (desirable). ITIL Foundation v4 certification (desirable). Previous experience in the legal industry or similar professional environment is helpful. Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work and travel.
