Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Lead IT Support Engineer to oversee and manage a team of customer-facing engineers. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of onsite engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Operational Oversight:
Coordinate daily activities including incident response, service requests, installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Service Excellence:
Ensure adherence to SLAs, processes, and company standards for all service delivery.
Resource Planning:
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for field operations to meet contractual deadlines and client expectations.
Technical Support:
Provide guidance and troubleshooting during BAU activities, including maintenance and repair tasks.
Compliance & Safety:
Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
Reporting & Escalation:
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, documentation, knowledge sharing, and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with project management, account management, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
Cybersecurity & Training:
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies, including completion of mandatory training.
