Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide direct support to the customer by managing day-to-day operations and implementing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Program Oversight:
Ensure the effective management of onsite programs, focusing on components, parts, repair, and maintenance processes.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive program success and customer satisfaction.
Warehouse and Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient workflows, and timely replenishment.
Technical Guidance:
Apply engineering knowledge to support manufacturing or repair operations, ensuring smooth integration of processes and solutions.
Operational Excellence:
Identify areas for improvement within the program and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the onsite team, customer stakeholders, and internal departments to achieve program objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Background in
warehouse operations
,
maintenance
, or
engineering
.
Solid understanding of
components, parts, repair
, and
manufacturing processes
.
Aerospace or aviation industry experience is a plus but not required.
Technical Knowledge:
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machining or component manufacturing.
Ability to interpret technical details related to parts and processes.
Client Relationships:
Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing customer relationships.
Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and other MS Office applications (training will be provided as needed).
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Work will involve both office and manufacturing environments.
Some handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols (e.g., safety glasses, gloves) may be required.
