Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated

Onsite Program Manager

to oversee operations at a key customer location in the aviation sector. This role requires a strong background in

warehouse operations

,

engineering

, and

maintenance

, along with a solid understanding of

components, parts, and repair processes

. Building and maintaining excellent client relationships will be central to your success in this position.

While supply chain or procurement experience is advantageous, the primary focus is on technical knowledge and operational management within a manufacturing or repair environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Support:

Provide direct support to the customer by managing day-to-day operations and implementing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Program Oversight:

Ensure the effective management of onsite programs, focusing on components, parts, repair, and maintenance processes.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive program success and customer satisfaction.

Warehouse and Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient workflows, and timely replenishment.

Technical Guidance:

Apply engineering knowledge to support manufacturing or repair operations, ensuring smooth integration of processes and solutions.

Operational Excellence:

Identify areas for improvement within the program and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the onsite team, customer stakeholders, and internal departments to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Background in

warehouse operations

,

maintenance

, or

engineering

. Solid understanding of

components, parts, repair

, and

manufacturing processes

. Aerospace or aviation industry experience is a plus but not required.

Technical Knowledge:

Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machining or component manufacturing. Ability to interpret technical details related to parts and processes.

Client Relationships:

Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing customer relationships. Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Skills:

Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and other MS Office applications (training will be provided as needed). Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:



Work will involve both office and manufacturing environments. Some handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols (e.g., safety glasses, gloves) may be required.
