Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented and highly experienced IT Program Manager to lead cross-regional technology programs across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional delivery skills, and hands-on experience managing complex software, web, and mobile development initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent digital transformation projects for clients in the UK, Middle East, and South Asia.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, client-facing communication, deep understanding of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs across UK, Europe, Middle East, and Pakistan regions.- Define program goals, success metrics, timelines, and governance frameworks aligned with client strategies.- Oversee a portfolio of 5-10 concurrent projects, ensuring scope, budget, and resource alignment.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Act as the primary contact for international clients and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business and technical units.- Engage with C-level executives, delivery teams, and partners across time zones and cultures.

Project & Delivery Oversight

- Guide cross-functional teams including software engineers, QA analysts, business analysts, and UI/UX experts to ensure quality outputs.- Champion Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models; facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and project health reviews.

Risk, Compliance & Change Management

- Identify and mitigate program risks, manage changes effectively, and maintain documentation for audits and quality assurance.- Coordinate third-party integrations (payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, APIs) and ensure regulatory compliance across regions.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Deliver program-level reporting, KPIs, and executive dashboards to internal and external stakeholders.- Foster a culture of improvement through retrospectives, coaching, and continuous learning.

Key Projects You May Lead

- Multi-tenant SaaS development (HRMS, CRMs, ERPs)- Review automation and AI-enhanced customer communication platforms- Multi-lingual web and mobile application rollouts across EMEA- Custom CRM/ERP integrations for retail, logistics, and healthcare clients- Gamified platforms, social media automation, and SEO/SMM analytics engines

Required Experience

- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in project/program delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role- Proven success managing remote and on-site teams across the UK, UAE and Pakistan- Hands-on experience with software development, digital transformation, and product delivery- Familiarity with global client engagement, including travel to UAE/Africa for onsite delivery- Previous background in managing integrations, payment systems, APIs, and cross-platform mobile/web apps

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/IT/Computer Science (Engineering preferred)- Master's degree in Telecommunications or Technology (UK preferred)- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
