to help elevate our project execution.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, keeping projects on schedule and on budget while maintaining our standards for quality. As the On-Site Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our projects, working directly with our landscape teams to ensure each job runs smoothly and that we deliver results our clients love. From coordinating with contractors to managing timelines and handling budgets, your work will make an impact on every aspect of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Lead landscape projects from planning to completion, ensuring top-notch execution and attention to detail.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members to keep communication open and projects on track.

Scheduling and Problem-Solving:

Adapt to project needs with proactive adjustments to timelines, tasks, and resources.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

Maintain safety standards and ensure work meets quality benchmarks.

Budget and Resource Management:

Handle project budgets, inventory tracking, and material orders.

Documentation:

Keep accurate records and update project statuses as needed.
What We're Looking For

We're after more than just experience - we're looking for someone who brings genuine leadership and problem-solving instincts to the role. While we'll dive into the details of your experience in the interview, here are a few essentials:

Background as a Project Manager in landscaping, construction, or similar fields. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and team-oriented leadership. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Adaptability under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
