The Role
We're looking for an experienced
Retrofit Coordinator
to oversee the quality and compliance of retrofit projects under PAS2035:2023 within our customers homes. You'll play a vital role in ensuring installations meet technical standards, regulations, and scheme-specific requirements such as ECO4 and GBIS.
This role involves regular nationwide travel for site inspections and toolbox talks, so being based in Mid or North Wales is ideal for accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance: Oversee retrofit works to meet PAS2035:2023 standards and regulatory guidelines
Conduct Site Inspections: Review installation quality and provide technical feedback across UK sites
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to deliver seamless installations
Support Install Teams: Lead toolbox talks and support continuous improvement across retrofit teams
What We're Looking For
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment (required)
1+ year experience as a qualified Retrofit Coordinator (desirable)
On-site experience with retrofit projects and inspections
Knowledge of traditional buildings (or willingness to undertake training)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with data entry and digital reporting tools
Strong communicator who can engage confidently with clients and teams
Able to adapt to evolving standards across funding schemes (e.g. ECO4, GBIS)
