Covering Market Drayton, Minsterley & Telford Sites

Salary:

40,000 (flexible based on experience and qualifications)

Holidays:

25 days holiday with 2 weeks of this to be taken over Christmas / New Year

Position Overview:

Completing onsite HVAC works carried out in a client focused setting. Ensuring work standards meet and exceed regulatory guidelines following the continued growth and expansion of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the HVAC, Air Conditioning PPM schedule including service and repair works Managing and maintaining all F-Gas Registers Managing TM44 through specialist sub-contractor Manage all additional site PPM works on time through Simpro CAFM system Inspect via PPM schedule all Fire doors meet compliance criteria, reporting any non-compliance found. Maintain and control asset management system, adopting suppliers' systems Support with FM services across the 3 sites as deemed practical and safe within the technicians area of ability / skill set. Ensure all H&S policies and site rules are followed at all times Ensure the BUFM Team Leader is kept up to date with timescales for repairs and servicing
Qualifications/Experience

Essential:

Qualified and proven working knowledge of F-Gas, HVAC and refrigeration compliance service and repair.

Desirable

- these items are not necessary on appointment but willingness to train for the following skillsets and qualification is essential

IPAF and PASMA Trained Manual Handling / WAH 18TH Edition & electrical competency Fire Door Inspection Trained Unvented Qualification
