The company - Orange Tree Toys is a family run business. All of our wooden toys are designed in the UK at our headquarters in Toddington, Nr Cheltenham, which is located in the heart of the Cotswold countryside. We provide a range of beautifully crafted traditional FSC Wooden children's toys.
What You'll Do
You will be supporting the day-to-day running of logistics and warehouse operation. You'll work closely with the warehouse team, sales staff, and customers to ensure everything is planned, documented, and delivered correctly to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers, warehouse staff and the sales team.
Arranging and booking in deliveries
Support the warehouse with the various customers paperwork requirements
Communicate with customers during the ordering process and following up on any customer delivery problems
Provide support to the warehouse team
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and using Excel spreadsheets
A team player with a keen eye for detail
Sage 50 Accounts experience (training can be given)
