Link-Tel Communications is seeking to hire one full-time staff member to join our team.
The role will involve a variety of tasks on a daily basis. While prior knowledge of the communications industry is not required, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and is proficient in computer programs like Excel. We will provide training on our bespoke CRM system.
A full driving license is required for this position. Please note that a vehicle is not provided with the job at this time.
Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting operations with orders and stock management
Helping with customer order collection and dispatch
Organising equipment hires
Occasionally visiting customers to deliver or collect equipment
Answering phones and taking messages and monitoring support emails
We are based in Govan, Glasgow, and we have been a well-established, family-run business in the radio communications industry since 1977.
Our current team consists of six members, and the ideal candidate should be willing to help wherever work is needed.
