Sefton's Youth Justice Service is seeking a skilled and motivated Operational Manager to support the team for a period of 6 months with scope to extend. We are looking for an experienced Leader with experience of delivering high quality services within the youth justice system.
As a successful candidate you will have a relevant professional qualification and either have a leadership qualification or equivalent experience. You will have up to date knowledge of the youth justice environment will work as part of a management team supporting a number of staff. You will work alongside partner agencies and Children Social Care colleagues and will be expected to deliver high quality management oversight to drive practice.
