Our small but rapidly growing pharmaceutical supply company is seeking a reliable, highly organized Operations Officer to manage the day?to?day running of the business. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations across stock control, customer service, logistics, and basic quality processes.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills--both by email and phone--are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage goods?in and goods?out processes, including handling damages, returns, and recalls
Oversee delivery acceptance and dispatch activities
Prepare shipments and coordinate with cargo and courier companies
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to process orders and returns
Support customers by preparing invoices, packing lists, and following instructions accurately
Perform daily stock management, data entry, and record?keeping tasks
Maintain smooth operational workflow across multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed
