The Patient Access Team are looking for an experienced and energetic manager to join their team. Key functions of this role include: responsibility for the improvement of service, delivery within agreed KPI's, responsibility in delivering performance against financial and activity targets; supporting the development and delivery of service strategy and organisational development. Acting as RTT lead and as senior point of contact within the Trust for Patient Access; including the RTT team, e-Referral Service, Referrals Team, Clinic Changes, and the Patient Contact Team.
Supporting the Head of Elective Care in the delivery of Referral to Treatment standards. The post holder will maintain a professional knowledge base of existing and new guidance; acting as an expert in the Patient Access Policy (RTT) to provide challenge, governance and support to the Trust. Provide line management and leadership within the Patient Access Team.
