As a Operational Communications Associate, you will be joining a fast-paced Internal Communications team within Chase UK\'s Customer Operations business. This is a digital bank like no other, which is why we\'re looking for someone with a depth of communications knowledge and expertise, but with a creative flair and growth mindset . Reporting to the Senior Communications and Engagement Associate, you\'ll lean in to support with overarching communications for the bank\'s core functions, while overseeing a small team with specific responsibility for the Change and Support function.

You will be a trusted advisor to your senior stakeholders, always ready to provide solutions and ideas for the best way to communicate, and able to challenge confidently

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will work with numerous stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and deliver new content, so it\'s important that you can build positive relationships, prioritize workloads and manage expectations
  • As we scale-up and the team grows, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one or two of these functions, in line with operational needs
  • Outstanding communication skills, and be able to flex your style between corporate and storytelling, maintaining our warm and friendly tone of voice
  • While the bank is still in growth mode, you\'ll need to remain agile and work with a certain amount of ambiguity too
  • The ability to measure how our communications are landing and provide useful insights and analysis to help us improve
  • Our employee engagement scores are off the scale and we want to keep it that way, so we need you to LOVE people and have a passion for inspiring them through communication
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience gained within a similar role and environment, ideally you will hit the ground running
  • Previous leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others
  • You will need to be competent in MS Office. We use other software packages such as Salesforce Chatter and Adobe Creative Cloud so previous experience of these applications or something similar would also be helpful
  • You will find new and innovative ways to keep our people informed and engaged, while delivering \'on brand\' communications and delivering internal campaigns and driving-up engagement
  • Experience of delivering in-person and virtual events such as town halls and fireside chats, along with some digital communications and internal campaigning experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • A degree in communications, marketing or similar
