Aspris is on an exciting and vibrant journey, as we strive together to raise potential, we are looking for a dynamic and seasoned change and operational excellence professional to join our Central team! This role will work alongside our Care Division operational teams and stakeholders; to help ensure we understand the potential and deliver continuous improvement and excellence throughout the front-line services.
The role:
This is a brand new role to Aspris and will be a combination of planning and delivering change and continuous improvement projects, whilst sharing your experience and skills to develop and coach frontline teams to create and work within a continuous improvement culture, where professionals and stakeholders continuously strive to make marginal gains and achieve everyday excellence.
It is vitally important that you can bring to life and translate change and project management tools and skills into real world action, understanding and practices, within an extremely busy and complex service and operational environment.
Project Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational improvement projects and workstreams.
Data Analysis:
Collect, analyse, and present data related to revenue, expenditure, and service performance to support decision-making.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress against key performance indicators and financial targets.
Process Mapping:
Support the documentation and analysis of current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams, including, Registered managers, Area Directors, finance, and frontline services, to gather insights and ensure alignment.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and project governance activities.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute ideas and feedback to help embed a culture of operational excellence and commercial awareness across the service.
What do we need from you?
Professional qualifications in project management e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, AGILE.
> 5 years commercial experience in a project support, business analysis, or operational improvement role.
Experience and clear understanding of working in regulated business, children's social care experience desirable.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hands on approach that is proactive, inquisitive and solution focused.
Understanding of operational financial principles, including revenue and expenditure tracking, is desirable.
