Purpose of the role:



To provide efficient and effective administrative support to waste and facilities management service areas.

The successful applicant will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:



General administration, for example ordering and allocating equipment/stationary, resources and personal protective clothing, producing ID cards, managing outgoing post/emails and filing Compile and maintain resource administration, including local records systems and management information Production of regular ad hoc reports and support both annual/periodical audits Undertake general reception duties, welcoming visitors when required and ensuring office supplies are maintained for example printing, stationery and kitchen Operate job allocation system/s, ensuring that all required response times are applied, following up queries with management as required and updating jobs with notes Raising proactive jobs through the job allocation system/s Raising and GRNing Purchase Orders using Sage Assisting operational staff Note taker in meetings

To become an apprentice, you must:

be 16 or over not already be in full-time education
You can start an apprenticeship whether you're starting your career, want a change. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.

As an apprentice you'll:

have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace learn and train for a specific job get paid and receive holiday leave get hands-on experience in a real job study for at least 20% of your working hours complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship be on a career path with lots of future potential

Pay: 12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
