Job Description

A vacancy has arisen within the Operational Support Team, Case Management / Courts and Permanence Team.



This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and successful administrative department and you will be part of a fantastic and highly motivated team that is determined to provide the smooth running and support to Children's Services Team.



During your role you will undertake a full range of clerical duties including word processing, use of spreadsheets, maintenance of database systems, general clerical work, finance related work, reception of visitors, telephone switchboard duties, minute taking and other duties relevant to the service area.



You should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
