The role is based at the Company's head office in Lisburn. Reporting to the Voduz Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multitude of administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders, maintaining stock information on internal systems and other data entry tasks.
The person will have the opportunity for personal development whilst adding value to a highly motivated and results driven team.
Main Duties/Activities
Uploading purchase order information onto the internal systems and sending invoices to customers.
Maintaining accurate stock movements.
Organising delivery of supplies and maintaining records.
Performing data entry roles on Excel:
Updating stock information on company systems.
Other duties as directed by Management which fall within the reasonable remit of the job.
Essential Criteria
2 years' experience working in an admin role.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and analysing data.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Other Information
